Weekly Update October 21-26


This is Sections Week.  All are welcome to train with us.  


We will reach out to you all with information on an end of the season celebration. We plan to hold it the week after the State Cross Country Meet. 


Monday, October 21:

VO2 max

4x4min@ whatever you can barely handle pace + 90 sec recovery 

@ Lake Alice

Cool Down jog back


Tuesday, October 22:  

Intermediate 20-30 min

Surge work

6x30sec strides


Wednesday, October 23:

Pre Meet run-Easy 20-30 .  We will have a section team dinner at Tuel’s land 32896 200th Ave, Erhard, MN.  We will head out after practice.  


Thursday, October 24: 

Thursday is an early out so make plans accordingly.  Bus leaves at 1:00.  

2:00 Teams may arrive-no one allowed on course earlier

2:30 Coaches Meeting

3:30 Girls 5000 meter race(follows state meet order)

4:15 Boys 5000 meter race

5:00 Awards

 

Friday, October 25:

Recovery Run

30 min easy


Saturday , October 26:

4-6 miles easy on own

6x 30 sec strides
